Google’s Desktop Adwords Editor

Google has released [beta, of course] an offline desktop Adwords campaign manager. Offline tools like this can be very useful as I have written about here. They are generally faster and more powerful than the web-based versions…which if you use them a lot can make a big difference.
AdWords Editor is Google’s free, downloadable account management application for your computer. Download your AdWords account to your computer, make your changes, then upload your revised campaigns. Benefits and features include:
- Navigate your account quickly and easily
- Make bulk changes to keywords and ad text
- Work offline, then upload your changes
- Copy and paste keywords and ad text
- Circulate proposed changes and get feedback
This tool would also be useful for optimizing pages and for looking for the value, to the publisher, of certain keywords. You can also use an online keyword tool from Google here.
