Product of the Week
=============================================
Mac users have been out of luck, but regular Art Of Money reader David Teare has released a very cool Mac form filler application. I don't have a Mac so I can't do a proper review, but it looks great.
I really like the way the benefits of the application are clearly
laid out on the front of his site...some good website lessons there too.

Jon's Business Update
=============================================
Even though it is autumn here in the Northern hemisphere, I seem to be in a serious Spring cleaning mode.
During this week it became very clear to me that part of the problem I was having getting new products done and other projects moving forward, was a general pile of clutter in my to-do list.
An example: I own 2 and 1/2 corporations and I've never set up any proper corporate records. :-(
And the list goes on from there...in fact I sat downand wrote out 4
pages of things that I'd like to have tidied up...just to take care of
all the outstanding loose ends that currently slow me down and hinder
growth.

A Real Business
=========================
I've said it many times that my primary goal is to have a real business and I am seeing that if you want a real business, you can't afford to tell yourself things like:
"I don't have time to do the administrative elements ... I'll do it at some point when I'm caught up..."
It is a complete fallacy to think like that. I see know that those records are the foundation of a business and it is necessary to have them in order to set the tone for everything to come in the business.
What message are you sending to your customers [even invisibly] if important details like that are being neglected?
So I'll be trying to plow my way through a 4 page to-do list of tasks that will have no direct bearing on income for the next couple weeks. I'm really looking forward to having everything in order, before starting to focus on growth again.
When taking care of a tree...start with the roots.
